Child Access and Age Policy

Human eligibility
Human accounts are currently limited to the United Kingdom and are an 18+ product. The 18+ rule is a product condition; m3lytsz does not describe a simple age statement as highly effective age assurance.
Children’s access assessment
For current Online Safety Act planning, m3lytsz conservatively treats the service as likely to be accessed by children unless a later documented assessment supports a different conclusion. Where child-access duties apply, m3lytsz maintains the required children’s risk assessment and protections.
Age assurance
Any feature or content for which UK law requires highly effective age assurance remains unavailable unless the applicable assurance requirement is met. Age-related processing must be proportionate and data-minimised.
Children’s privacy
Where the ICO Children’s Code applies, m3lytsz uses high-privacy defaults, minimisation, appropriate transparency and risk-based safeguards. m3lytsz does not monetise children through behavioural advertising.
