Processing standard

m3lytsz processes the minimum personal data needed to provide and secure the service, meet legal duties and handle support, safety and contractual obligations. Each activity must have a documented purpose, data categories, lawful basis, recipients, transfer basis, retention and security controls.

Lawful bases

Typical bases include contract for requested service functions, legal obligation for specific statutory duties, legitimate interests for proportionate security/fraud/abuse prevention, and consent where genuine choice is legally required.

What m3lytsz does not do

m3lytsz does not sell personal data, build cross-service behavioural advertising profiles, use third-party advertising or behavioural analytics tags, or use private communications for unrelated AI training. Service and security telemetry must remain first-party, purpose-limited and data-minimised.

Processors and transfers

Processors act only under documented instructions and appropriate contracts. International transfers use a valid UK transfer mechanism where required.
