When it applies

This template is for arrangements where Snooptsz Group Ltd acts as a processor for a customer-controller. The service schedule must identify subject matter, duration, nature/purpose, personal-data types, data-subject categories and controller instructions.

Processor commitments

m3lytsz will process only on documented instructions unless law requires otherwise; maintain confidentiality/security; control sub-processors; assist with rights, security, breaches and DPIAs; delete or return data at end of service unless law requires retention; and provide reasonable compliance/audit information.

Encryption boundary

No controller instruction authorises m3lytsz to weaken a release-gated encryption control, enable plaintext fallback or disclose data m3lytsz does not possess. This does not itself represent the current path as qualified E2EE.
