Moderation, Reporting and Appeals

Effective 2 October 2026 · reviewed 5 October 2026. Operator: SNOOPTSZ GROUP LTD, England and Wales company no. 17468359. Contact: hello@m3ly.me.

Accessible surfaces

m3lytsz may moderate group content, public profile/directory material, reports, abuse submissions, machine activity and other content or behaviour the service can lawfully and technically access.

AI/Bot group supervision

Public and private groups may be supervised by clearly identified m3lytsz AI/Bot safety agents. They may detect likely rule breaches and triage reports, but uncertain or materially adverse cases must have appropriate escalation and review rather than relying blindly on one automated signal.

Private messaging

m3lytsz does not claim routine provider-side access to private-message plaintext. The current encrypted-message path remains release-gated and is not presently claimed as qualified end-to-end encryption. A reporter may voluntarily attach or disclose relevant content.

Reporting illegal or harmful content

Users can report illegal content, prohibited conduct, impersonation, scams, threats, child-safety concerns and other policy breaches from the conversation controls. A person affected by content who cannot use the in-product control may report it to hello@m3ly.me, identifying the m3lytsz account/link or other reference, what happened, why it may be illegal or contrary to m3lytsz rules, and any evidence they lawfully choose to provide. Do not send passwords, passkeys, recovery secrets or unrelated private material.

m3lytsz prioritises illegal-content handling and removes or disables accessible illegal content when m3lytsz becomes aware of it and action is required and technically possible. The release gate does not permit silent plaintext fallback or the invention of routine plaintext access.

Complaints

Users and other eligible complainants may complain about m3lytsz safety decisions, failure to act on a report, account restrictions or the operation of the reporting process by emailing hello@m3ly.me. Complaints are logged, assessed on their merits and handled without requiring disclosure of unrelated private communications.

Appeals

A materially affected user may request review. Appeals are logged and reviewed with appropriate human oversight and must not rely solely on the same automated signal that produced the original materially adverse action. Repetitive or abusive appeals may be limited without removing statutory complaint rights.

Urgent danger and law enforcement

m3lytsz is not an emergency service. In the United Kingdom, immediate danger should be reported to the emergency services using 999 or 112. Law-enforcement requests are handled through lawful process and do not authorise m3lytsz to manufacture plaintext or encryption keys that it does not possess.
