Allowed
Use the assigned number for your own lawful UK communications, with a real recipient relationship or valid consent where required. Keep your identity and authorised-representative information accurate. Follow carrier rules, applicable marketing/privacy law and recipient opt-outs.
Fraud
Do not obtain money, credentials, codes or personal data by deception; misrepresent identity; impersonate a company/public body; conceal malicious links; or facilitate fraud.
Messaging
Do not send bulk unsolicited traffic, ignore opt-outs, harass or threaten people, rotate identities to evade blocks, or use automation that exceeds the approved allowance and carrier limits.
Calling
Do not falsify caller identity, create call loops, intercept communications, scrape numbers, originate silent/nuisance calls, or use the service to access premium-rate, high-risk or emergency destinations contrary to the product controls.
Service restrictions
Do not resell, sublicense, pool, share or transfer the line; offer it as an anonymous-number service; publish it as another person’s number; or bypass individual/business KYC. Groups and shared-line purchase are disabled. A business authorised representative remains responsible for the order.
Protection
Do not place secrets, passkeys, recovery codes, payment-card data or identity-document images into SMS. Carrier SMS/calls are not m3lytsz end-to-end encrypted. The service does not support emergency calling; use an ordinary emergency-capable line for 999 or 112.
Enforcement
m3lytsz may pause a specific feature, suspend the line, preserve a bounded case record, investigate, restrict carrier traffic, terminate for serious/repeated abuse, and make a necessary and lawful disclosure. Except where doing so would prejudice safety, fraud prevention or a legal duty, the account receives a reason and complaint route. A refund, porting request and number release remain separate determinations.
