Telecom and Reach Policy

Different security domains

m3lytsz-native E2EE and public telecommunications are different security domains. SMS, PSTN calls, carrier numbers or upstream telecom paths must never be described as m3lytsz-native E2EE unless the complete path genuinely is end-to-end encrypted.

Transport release gates

Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Direct, NFC, QR, WebRTC, WebSocket, Internet and future radio/accessory transports are enabled only after technical, security, privacy, legal and store/release gates are satisfied.

Geographic scope

UK telephone-number/carrier services use the separate number-service compliance regime. Non-UK regulated telecom expansion is deny-by-default pending country-specific review.

Prohibited telecom use

No reach feature may be used for spoofing, spam, harassment, unlawful bulk messaging, unauthorised interception, emergency-service deception or evasion of carrier/regulatory restrictions.
