Scope

One managed UK mobile number for one eligible account.

The candidate service supplies a m3lytsz-managed UK mobile number to a verified, persistent, 18+ Human account. It is United Kingdom only. Groups and shared-line purchase are disabled. A business order requires an authorised representative. The number remains part of a managed service and is not customer property.

Price

Exact quote, VAT and allowance.

The checkout must show the 30-day minimum, net rental, setup charge, VAT, total due, included SMS segments, included voice minutes, renewal price and Top-up unit price. The accepted contract fixes those values. No variable overage is taken: service pauses before extra charges.

Renewal

Manual renewal only.

There is no automatic renewal. A later rental or Top-up needs a new exact-price confirmation. Expiry, suspension, porting and number release remain separate states.

Carrier boundary

Telephone traffic is not private m3lytsz chat.

SMS and calls are carrier-visible and are not m3lytsz end-to-end encrypted. Carrier and telecom processors receive what is necessary to route and operate the service. No emergency-calling service is provided; use an ordinary emergency-capable telephone service for 999 or 112.

Buying flow

KYC, contract, payment and purchase are distinct.

The approved KYC processor collects only the fields/documents required for the selected GB mobile product and end-user type. m3lytsz must receive a verified result before issuing the immutable quote and contract. The customer downloads and accepts that exact document, confirms the obligation to pay and any early-performance request, completes payment, selects a live offer and separately confirms the chargeable carrier purchase. An uncertain carrier result is reconciled; it is never silently retried.

Rights

Mandatory UK rights are not waived.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may provide cancellation and service remedies. The 30-day minimum does not replace them. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Porting and ending service

Cancellation is not number release.

Any applicable switching and porting rights are preserved. Porting, service cancellation, refund review and irreversible number release use separate controls. m3lytsz does not promise that every provider-managed number is portable until the provider confirms eligibility and the final Ofcom/provider process is approved.

These Terms incorporate the Number Service Privacy Notice, Acceptable Use Policy, Complaints Code and Cancellation & Refund Policy. A live contract must record each version and SHA-256 digest.
