Rights
UK users may exercise applicable rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
How to request
Use account controls where available or email snooptsz@m3ly.me. Because native m3lytsz accounts are pseudonymous and may not be linked to email/phone, m3lytsz may request proportionate proof of account control.
Complaints
m3lytsz will respond within the period required by law and explain any lawful extension or refusal. Users may complain to m3lytsz and may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Online-safety complaints
Moderation and online-safety reports, complaints and appeals use the Moderation, Reporting and Appeals route and do not replace data-protection rights. People affected by content who cannot use an in-product report may email hello@m3ly.me.
